Infrastructure

Hosts, services, network topology, and customer ID mappings.

The persistent shape of SuperHiTech’s infrastructure — the things that don’t change session to session.

Pages in this section

  • Hosts — Leif (10.10.0.25), nvrbackup (10.10.0.14, SSH :2223, runs the pricing app and the finance/trading project), SHTops (10.10.0.24), the on-demand RunPod GPU pod, and tool routing rules
  • SHTops — the SuperHiTech ops host: the shtops-dashboard API, LibreNMS alerting, UniFi cache, and the shtops_* tool family
  • Customer ID Mapping — RS customer IDs for the ESA / EFS programs (Odyssey Iowa/Georgia/Louisiana/Utah, Tennessee Portal), with payment terms
  • Network Topology — site-to-site VPNs, Van Wyk Veeam tunnel with NAT translation, public-facing endpoints, VoIP details
  • Cron Schedule — recurring jobs across hosts
  • Service Map — FreePBX, LibreNMS, Virtualmin/Postfix, the docs site, Cloudflare edge, Storj backups, Proxmox, the in-house apps (pricing + finance), and the RunPod GPU pod, with the Leif tools that manage each
  • Proxmox — the single pve node that hosts nearly every VM and container (leif, nvrbackup, shtops, obs-01, webserver, FreePBX17…), its storage pools, and the pve_* tool family

Doc freshness

Infrastructure facts drift — IPs get reassigned, ports change, programs come online. To make that drift visible instead of silent, each page in this section carries a dated footer:

  • Last reviewed — the page was read through and looked correct on this date. It does not assert that every value was re-checked against the live system.
  • Last verified — the values were re-checked against the live source on this date (e.g. Customer ID Mapping, verified against live RepairShopr data).

If a footer date is old and something looks off, re-check it against the source of record — most facts here are confirmable with a Leif tool (pve_node_status, unifi_status, a remote_execute_command, etc.). When you confirm a page, update its footer to a verified date.
